Direct from Mexico City, Rayo, meaning lightning, is bringing Mexican vibes to Bartender's Weekend with an incredible agave cocktail showcase. In just ten months of being open, Rayo climbed to the 50 Best Discovery List. Rayo Cocktail Bar takes its inspiration from the legend of Mayahuel, an Aztec goddess who descended to earth in the form of lightning to the agave fields.
