This one hour Vinyasa flow class was created with bartenders in mind – suitable for all levels; modifications will be offered for beginners as well as challenges for those who want to take it to the next level!
Reward yourself afterwards with some Jameson cocktails and a classic beer and shot sampling with our San Diego Brewery Partner, Green Flash, in the Lafayette Conservatory.
Spaces are limited to 25 for the class, yoga mats are provided.
